Jim brings a wealth of CFO level experience to clients. Experience gained from leading public and private manufacturing conglomerates such as Magna International, Leggett & Platt and the Marmon Group, as well as extensive consulting experience as a Principal with Ernst & Young (now Cap Gemini). In addition, through a variety of Interim CFO assignments, a thorough knowledge and experience base with Private Equity and other Equity Groups has been developed.
Jim is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience in operations, advisory services and corporate turnaround actions. A specialist in the development and implementation of cost management systems focused on customer profitability analysis and manufacturing success factor measurement. A team player equally comfortable on the shop floor and the executive suite.
